Beheaded and tusked a dugong found dead in the Phuket sea after 7 days, Department of Marine and Coastal Resources urgently investigates

Today (15 Nov 2014), reporters reported that officers from the Rare Marine Animal Group, Upper Andaman Coastal and Marine Resources Research Center, Phuket Province, were notified by locals that on the evening of 14 Nov that a dead dugong carcass was found floating near the Ban Bang Rong Pier, Pa Klok Subdistrict, Thalang District, Phuket Province.
